Thanks for stopping by my humble blog! My name is Jen, and I created Frock & Trouser to post fashion and design inspiration, as well as a curated selection of other interesting odds and ends. I am studying to become a fashion designer (self-taught and private classes for now), and I work as a freelance graphic designer.

I hail from Ohio but moved to the glorious city of Montréal in 2008 with my significant other, Jonathan, and we’ve fallen in love with the city. I can often be found lost in the aisles of crowded bookstores and dusty antique stores, looking for hidden treasures, or wandering through the many marvelous boutiques and stores in our beloved neighborhood of Mile End. I value patronizing small businesses, and hope to open a store in Montréal within the next few years.
